Process Group Sessions are a powerful and evidence based tool for change!
Process Groups
Process Groups create an incredible experience of connectedness while providing real life tools to put into action! A fundamental goal of our process groups is to facilitate a sense of belonging or relatability through understanding which is achieved through sharing of common experiences. The power of process groups lies in the unique opportunity to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment. Groups consist of 5 - 8 participants and a trained group facilitator who walk together through common shared experiences of leading ministries, businesses, or working overseas. Being involved in a process group allows you to feel seen and known while also feeling less alone in whatever stage of life or vocation you are in.

Moms’ group:
Who: Moms with young little ones! We would like to find at least 3 participants, but would be open to up to 6.
What: This will be a process group, which is a place to provide witness to and validate emotions through connection around a shared experience. While all of our experiences are different, we hope to find commonality and support in the emotions that we have felt in response to motherhood. Our hope would be that through sharing with others, you are left with new connections and insights into your birth(s) and motherhood.
Where: This will be a virtual group! We will utilize zoom or Google meet.
When: Date TBD. We would love to try to meet 6 times to start, at whatever frequency works best for those who sign up. We would be willing to meet as frequently as every other week, or as infrequently as monthly.
Cost: The total price for participation in the group will be $300, or $50 per meeting.
Please reach out to admin@restorecounseling.org with questions or preferences as to frequency/scheduling. We can't wait to kick off this group!
